CEP – How do I cancel a CEP?

Have you, or someone in your authority chain, created a CEP and you want to cancel it, but you are not the next approver in line?

If so, open the CEP, enter a comment that you would like to cancel the CEP, and the next person in your authority chain will see the comment and should cancel the CEP.

What if the CEP is already final approved and you want to cancel it?

In this case, the only option is to enter a work order, with IT, to have the CEP cancelled.  You will be responsible for letting the person who will be making the purchase know the CEP is cancelled.
