What are API’s (Web Services)

Web Services are also known as API’s (Application Programming Interfaces). They will allow the customer the ability to gather information or make requests without having to log on to MT Direct. The customer will be required to have an MT Direct account (username) to use our Web Services (API’s). As an Employee or Sales Professional, you should be familiar with what each of the options are below. Read each option to find out the requirements of how to set up a customer with Web Services.
