To cancel an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) report that has been scheduled, you will need to log in as the user who created the report.

If you cannot find which user the report was created under, please ask Tam Nguyen.  Let Tam know the email address that the report is currently going to, and he can assist by letting you know the username the report was created by.  You will then need to switch to that user and cancel the report.
