The ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) is a list of all probills, for an account, that do not have a final delivery date applied to the probill.

The final delivery date is located in the red circle in the image below.  If there is no date in this field, the probill will appear on the ASN.

If there are pros listed, that should not be on the ASN, please contact Perry Patterson in Support Services. It is the Support Services group that is responsible for ensuring probills have a final delivery date.

You will need to supply Perry with a list of pros that need to be updated.

REMINDER:  When you set up a new user on MT Direct, before you give them their username and password, be sure to check the ASN to make sure there are no old pros listed.
