For Employees, your MT Direct password will be your current Windows (Active Directory) password. (Assuming the user is set up properly)
When your Windows password is about to expire, you will have this problem logging into MT Direct.
To change your Windows password, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select “Change a password…”. Proceed by changing your password for Windows.
Then, as long as you did not lock out your MT Direct account with too many bad attempts, you should be able to log into MT Direct with your new Windows password.
