MT Direct passwords are encrypted.  Which means, you can not see what the password is.  However, you will be able to change it.

Passwords are now required to be at least 8 characters long and contain a number or a symbol.

The below example is how a user’s password will show.  To change it, simply type over what is there, and “Save Changes”.
