To change your current account in MT Direct, enter the desired account’s code in this field at the top right of the screen, then press enter or click the little arrow to the right of the field.
The entered account will become an active account. You can verify by looking to the left of your screen beside “Current Account”.
If the account number is unknown to MT Direct, the account still changes, but the display will not include the customer name.
- run a report for a customer (Custom Report Generator, ASN, etc)
- get invoice information for a customer
- create a BOL for a customer
- Online Quoting
- Message Central setup (however, this should be done under the customer’s MT Direct account because when the user who created the setup is deleted, so is the requests)
