A common issue is that a customer is set up for MT Direct, and they have forgotten their password or shared it with someone who has changed it on them.
If one of the above happens, the user can reset it themselves.
- Go to the MT Direct Login page, and click on “Forgot Password”.
- Enter their username, then click Reset by Email. An email will be sent to the email address associated with the MT Direct account.
- Go to your email client. In the email, there will be a link to reset the password.
- Passwords must be 8 characters long and contain a number or special character.
Note: This solution is mainly for Customers or Employees who do not use their domain (Windows) password. Employees who do use their domain (Windows) passwords cannot use this method, refer to FAQ – Employee is getting “Password is incorrect” When trying to log in, but they have the right password.
