My customer is requesting a rate through the Rapid Rater, but a rate is not being returned.

It gives the message:

If this happens, it could be one of two things:

  1. If the Tariff applied for the lanes would be FCA, NFTB or NFTBWEST, then the full 6 characters Postal Code is required.
  2. Check to see that the customer has rates in place by reviewing the customer’s Report Card under Rating Inquiry.  If it appears they do have rates in place, then contact the Traffic Department to see why no rates are being returned.
