If your customer is getting an email with the Subject: “Manitoulin Transport Inc. Shipment Delay Notification” (like the email below), the notification is not a report or status update sent out through MT Direct.
It is a manual process to setup the users/email addresses, and is done through Customer Service. However, once setup, the emails are automated.
If you read the bottom of the email, you can see it says to contact Customer Service. They can assist with cancelling the emails.
There’s also a link to unsubscribe. Click the link, and follow the prompts to Unsubscribe from receiving the email.
